To check the correct mapping of analytics in CloudBudget 3.0
There are several steps to verify that analytics are mapped correctly in CloudBudget 3.0:
On the CB Home page in the Data Status subtab. The Source column shows the number of records on the client side, and the Result column shows the number of records created on the CB side. If the quantity matches and there is no warning sign ⚠️ - everything is OK.
When warning sign ⚠️ is appeared open the Mapping report for current analytic.
In this example, there is analytics on the CB side that is not available on the client side. To solve the problem, we need to add an entry on the client side.
If there are records on the client side that are not on the CB side, restart the mapping.
